A degenerative feedback loop is generated in order to create a series of thirty nine self portraits.
An initial photograph is taken and the camera is then aimed directly at the centre of the computer screen using a tripod. After transferring the image to computer, a picture of the original image can be recaptured.
With the camera aimed in a fixed position, the previous steps are repeated until interference begins distorting the self portrait further and further away from the original image. |
